What are PowerMiles?

PowerMiles are frequent flyer miles that can be used on multiple airlines. Businesses can purchase PowerMiles certificates in increments of 500 miles to award your employees or customers. Each certificate comes imprinted with your company name and logo. These miles are the same as those earned on airlines when you take a paid trip or when you purchase items on an airline affinity credit card. You can customize a program that awards customers for increased spending or employees that exceed expectations. The program can also be used over the internet with electronic processing. There are additional restrictions that apply to internet programs. PowerMiles can also be redeemed for gifts from our catalog of over 650 exciting items. There is a one-time program fee and mileage certificates need to be ordered in blocks of 100 certificates. Each program is subject to airlines approval. Creative Rewards manages these airline programs on behalf of all its clients. PowerMiles Certificates must be distributed as per the program rules and may NOT be resold.

Fundraising With Miles?

PowerMiles can be used to help increase the average donation. With mile people are more likely to give larger donations just so they can earn miles. Creative Rewards has implemented many programs for institutions across the United States. Please call us for additional information and direct mail samples (American Airlines doesn't participate in this program).

Consumer information on PowerMiles?

The PowerMiles certificates you receive when you purchase products and services from
any participating retailer can be added to your existing frequent flyer miles on any of the airlines listed on your certificate. We have chosen to phase out our PowerMiles program by December of 2008.

Active Airlines:

American Airlines - American has requested to discontinue the use of their miles and we will therefore phase them out by December 31, 2007. This request came from Bridget Blaise-Shamai the VP of AAdvantage Partner Marketing.

ONLY Delta Air Lines will be available until December 31, 2008

Merchandise and gift cards will continue to be available in 2009.

The mileage program is being phased out at the end of 2008. PowerMiles will still be good for gifts and gift cards. Many of our participants have complained about the airlines not making enough seats available as well as forcing statement activity every 18 months or all your miles are confiscated (including these miles which businesses have paid a premium to distribute them). We are reviewing an option to open a non expiring PowerMiles account that will offer online monthly statements and NO expiration date on your miles.

How do I use my PowerMiles?

Simply complete the certificate and mail it to Creative Rewards, Inc. You must include a
frequent flyer account number. If you don't have a frequent flyer account, call one of the
airlines listed on the certificate and the airline will assign an account to you on the phone.

You may give your certificates to another family member or friend if you don't want to
use them yourself.

Each airline has a toll free number that you can call to make flight arrangements directly
with the airline. Each airline requires you book the travel approximately two weeks in advance.
If you book it within ten days of travel a service fee will apply. Each airline has blackout dates
(dates when free travel is not permitted). Therefore you should book your flights in advance.
Each airline offers a NON Restricted free ticket that cost approximately twice as many miles
as the standard ticket. This ticket can be used anytime. You may change the time and date of
your flights at no additional cost, however, if you change the destination you will incur a service
charge.

Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and US Airways mileage program have NO EXPIRATION DATE.

United Airlines Mileage Plus Reward Miles do not expire if you have activity at least once every three years. Please read your mileage program guide for additional information.
Delta Air Lines SkyMiles expire in three years if you don't take one paid trip on their airline. PowerMiles participating airline are subject to change without notice. All airline's program rules and conditions apply.
